We offer hoop and circus skills workshops and classes for any type of group of any age, ability and background.

We can also arrange for your participants to keep the equipment after the workshops! (hoop and poi)

We can tailor the workshops to your specific group and offer a full consultation service to make sure the event meets your objectives and needs.

Our work has included schools, youth groups, social services, young carers projects, adult classes, disability groups, festivals and private parties.

Hula hooping and circus skills are a great way to build confidence, aid group bonding, get fit and have lots of fun! You can teach important lessons through the medium of the circus arts... Hula hooping burns up to 100 calories every ten minutes, it uses both sides of your brain and aids co-ordination and the building of ones self esteem.

No idea is too big or too small! no person is too young or too old! The event will be tailored to suit your group the way that you want it.
